OUR CAPABILITIES

SERIAL & PROTOTYPE PRODUCTION

Konu-Is produces tools, fixtures and parts according to arriving CAD datas, technical drawing and SPECs from customer. Our well experinced team analyzes parts' working area and assembly location and makes the necessary studies; and it is needed support about the design is being given to our customers before the start of Project.

Konu-Is produces also prototype parts according to customer orders and requirements. Laser cutting on cutting and pres brakes on bending are being used. Prototype tools' production is also being made.
PRESS LINE
  • Eccentric Press Bench Capacity - 60 - 300 Tonnes
  • Hydraulic Press Bench Capacity - 150 - 350 Tonnes
  • Coil feeder system for progressive tools
WELDING LINE

Spot, gasmetal and argon welding processes are being performed at our welding line, which also has robot welding stations.
CLINCH

With this production technology, [which is commonly used at home appliance and white goods sector], an alternative assembly method is being supplied.

The advantages of clinch method are,
  • Since no extra material is being used for assembly, the cost is much lower.
  • As the method is visually better, it is preferable choice for visual parts rather than welding process.
ASSEMBLY LINE

At this line, assembled and finished products are being produced.

Plastic parts and cables are being assembled to the press, welded or clinched parts on this line, according to customer orders and specifications.
ROLL FORMING LINE

Fender production and other roll forming processes are being made by special designed roll forming machine.
PRESS BRAKE

Faster production is performed on sample and prototype production by CNC controlled pres brake machine. The process is also offers cost advantage on low volume production.
